At first long through the forest, where the path remains steep. Then over a short ridge secured with a steel cable to the summit.

    Author’s recommendation

In the upper third of the path, you come to a bench where the path can possibly be left to the left to take a photo of the nearby summit.

    Safety information

Because of the crossing over the secured path to the summit, surefootedness and a head for heights are absolutely necessary.

    Roadbook

Start at the Jausestation Rotbachalm opposite the building on the other side of the road (Path 32A). The signage at the beginning in the forest is not always sufficient, so possibly watch for traces of other hikers. First, follow Path 32A until you cross Path 32. Then follow this well-developed steep path until it leads to the ridge, where you reach the summit secured by a steel cable. This is the only dangerous section on the route. Descent is the same as the ascent.
