Start directly at the hotel. Behind the house, it takes one hour and 400 meters of elevation gain to reach the Hochalphütte. From here, the summit is already within reach.
Across the high alpine pasture it goes to the mountain station of the Jägeralp cable car. Then continue to the Wartherhorn saddle. From here turn left to the Wartherhorn summit (through a small rock chimney secured with wire ropes). The descent is on the same path.
