Long route to this remote peak, the Tuc des Armeros, which curiously we will not see until we are beside it. Very easy crossing that will allow us to visit this area with beautiful views of the Pic de Mauberme.
The Tuc des Armeros is located in the center of a small massif, with good views of its neighboring peaks: N: Pic de Crabere, Tuc de Canejan and Pic de Serre Haute E: Pic de Mauberme and Malh de Bulard / Malh de Bolard E: Tuc de Ome and Tuc de Montoliu SE: Tuc de Parros, Tuc de Baciver, Tuc dera Lança, Tuc Gran de Sendrosa, Tuc de Ratera, Gran Tuc de Colomers and Tuc de Salana S: Tuc d'Arenho, Tuc dera Pincela and Montardo SO: Tuc d'Arres, Pico de Aneto and Forcanada O: Montlude NO: Pica Palomera

Book recommendations for this region:
Equipment
MOUNTAIN FOOTWEAR MANDATORY (boot or shoe with specific Mountain sole)
At each stage and depending on the condition of the terrain and/or weather forecast, the type of height of the shaft of the footwear (boot or shoe) will be recommended.
CLOTHING
As the routes pass through a medium and high mountain environment, and given that it is a territory where the weather can change quickly and drastically, WE RECOMMEND whatever the difficulty of the route, the following items:
Long pants. If the characteristics of the route together with the expected weather allow the use of shorts, a piece to cover the rest of the leg exposed will be carried, either carrying a second pair of pants or long tights in the backpack in all cases.
First layer: breathable short-sleeved T-shirt and quick-drying (tank tops are not recommended because they are not suitable for carrying backpacks).
Second layer: thin/medium fleece or long-sleeved T-shirt.
Third layer: waterproof and windproof rain jacket with hood.
Cap / Buff or similar for the sun.
Covid19 safety material: mask and sanitizer gel.
Although some of these garments may not be used during the itinerary, it is recommended to carry them in the backpack throughout the route and ready to be used in the event of weather changes or unforeseen events, thus avoiding hypothermia in case of a weather change or any incident that prolongs the journey.
MINIMUM CONTENT OF THE BACKPACK
Mountain backpack of 20-30 liters depending on the duration of the route, with its waterproof cover.
Personal first aid kit with special medications if required. (If you suffer from any pathology, illness or injury, you should inform the corresponding route guide about it.)
Water (minimum 2 liters)
Food (according to route duration).
Sunscreen, cap/hat and sunglasses.
Documentation and charged phone.
We recommend always carrying poles in the backpack for use if needed.
