On one side, the vertical wall of the Croz dell'Altissimo, on the other, the iconic Campanil Bas.
From the Rifugio Croz dell'Altissimo, climb up to the Rifugio Selvata, paying attention to a couple of slightly exposed points. Continue on trail no. 319 to Pedrotti, the historic Brenta refuge. The panorama rewards the steep ascent and, if you still have breath left in you, reach the Bocca di Brenta, where your gaze reaches as far as the Presanella.
The return journey is along the same route to Rifugio Selvata, from where you can descend along a steep forest path (319) until you cross the Valle delle Seghe forest road, which leads back to Molveno. Alternatively, you can walk along the Val di Ceda and arrive near the campsite by the lake.
