From Cinte Tesino take the road to Montemezza (arriving from Pieve at the beginning of the village turn right) at the two forks, always keeping right you reach the locality "Pra' della Castellana" (1260m) where the asphalt road ends at the parking lot (fountain).
From here, continuing straight after a hairpin turn, the road starts to climb and after about 1.5 km, just after the only hairpin bend, taking the steep military mule track on the left, the route becomes more demanding up to the Forcelletta.
Soon after, you exit the woods and the easier and more panoramic path gives breath and satisfaction and in about 15 minutes you reach the Baita della Pace, at 1650 m altitude on the Presa peak.
From up here the 360-degree panorama stretches from Cima d'Asta to Cima Dodici to the nearby Monte Lefre, up to the Vette Feltrine and Monte Grappa; at our feet, the
Valsugana and the Montemezza Meadows.
