This hike begins with the ascent up the steep asphalt road, which later becomes a concrete path. After passing some barns, turn left onto path 456, which leads to the beautiful chapel Chiesetta di San Martino (1226 m) near a grassy saddle. Continue on path 456, which eventually disappears into the forest and is almost flat until Bochèt de la Spinèra (1320 m), less than half an hour away. Now it ascends again more steeply through dense forest on path 456bis until you reach the rocks at the foot of the southeast flank of Monte Corno. Continue with a steady ascent and descent, crossing the mentioned southeast flank in a southwest direction until a grass-covered gully allows a climb to the right into a small saddle at 1650 m elevation. From there, ascend over the west side through a fir and dwarf pine forest along a beautiful path up to the cross at the summit of Monte Corno (1731 m). Magnificent and incomparable panoramic views over the opposite Val Concei and the mountain ranges
