If you travel from Tafraout on the R104 for 12 km east, you will see an impressive small summit rising on the left. It can be climbed quite easily (T3+) from the northeast side or, more interesting and significantly more demanding (III-, T5), via a ramp system on the north side. The tour can be done as a round trip in under two hours without problems and is therefore suitable for uncertain weather or for easy rest days.

Safety information

Cross the road and ascend towards SSW, aiming roughly for the middle of the steep north face. Once at its base, climb up a bit to reach ledges. Traverse left along the ledges and then ascend a ramp that ultimately leads to flatter terrain. Now turn right and engage in pleasant scrambling up the ramp to the right. You will reach a distinctive, exposed ledge on which you traverse right. At a weak point, cross over the rock bulge and now keep left again in nice but exposed scrambling to the summit.
The descent leads over the northeast side and is quite easy with T3+ (see track)
