From Zwischenberger Sattel, you can ascend on a well-maintained hiking trail to the Anna shelter on the Ederplan.Roadbook
On the paved road, nearly two kilometers relatively flat to Stronach (bike?). Behind the toll gate, it goes on a wide gravel road to the parking lot at Zwischenberger Sattel. To the left, an alpine road first leads through the forest in several switchbacks over the Planitzalm and Kerschbaumeralm to the Stronachalm. Here we turn right onto the hiking trail, which shortly crosses a steep alpine meadow to the extensive summit plateau of the Stronachkogel.
When descending, if you follow the markings flat westwards on the summit meadows, you soon reach the bear cave in the mountain forest and shortly thereafter a rest and playground with many wood carvings. A bit steeper downhill we quickly reach the Stronachalm. Now back on the ascent path. If you want to form a hiking loop, follow the markings right below the alpine pasture on a hiking trail down over the Stronach meadows. Through short forest sections and alpine meadows, you reach an alpine road that merges in a few switchbacks above Stronach into the ascent road. Return on it to the starting point.
