From the parking lot head south to the access road to the Sengsschmied guesthouse. Then follow the marking to Gleinkersee. At the end of the Gleinkersee parking lot, follow the signpost towards Dümlerhütte - Seegraben. Trail numbers 292 and 299. In the Seegraben at about 1100m altitude, continue left towards Seespitz on trail 292 to the summit.
The return is via the same route, or at the lake take the variant via Koglerhütte. The time remains the same. For this, before the campsite at the lake, turn left towards the Tommerl guesthouse and continue according to the marking to Roßleithen / Piessling Ursprung. A detour to Piessling Ursprung is also possible. This adds about half an hour.
If you want to shorten the route by about 1.5 hours, you can also drive to Gleinkersee and ascend from there.

Directions
Take the Pyhrn motorway to Roßleithen, then B138 towards Windischgarsten, after half a km in Pichl turn right onto state road 551 for about 4 km to Roßleithen. In the town of Roßleithen, pass the Sengsschmid guesthouse, after about 200 meters there is a large hiking parking lot for buses and cars.
