The mountain route to Seelakopf takes us through the charming landscape of the Lechtal Alps. Even on brilliantly beautiful days, the route is not overcrowded. The path initially runs towards the Karbach, which we cross quite soon and then basically follow parallel uphill. The route passes by some water streams and offers a nice view toward the valley of the Knittelkar as well as the Kelmer Spitze. After some time, you reach open meadow terrain. The breathtaking view from there over the Kelmer Kar with Seelakopf, Engelspitze, and Kalter Stein invites a short break. The ascent to Seelakopf, past the summit of Sandegg, is partially pathless and demanding in the upper section. Some climbing sections up to UIAA grade II must be mastered to the summit, making this crossing reserved for experienced specialists only. The path continues over a ridge route via Engelspitze and from there back towards the valley past Kalter Stein. From the summits, you have a breathtaking view toward the Lechtal,
