From the starting point Wasserfallhütte you go to the waterfall. A small steep ascent leads into the gorge. Over the gorge bridge to the legendary Mamauwiese. From the Mamauwiese to the Schober cross, here begins the very steep climb to the summit cross Schober. Over the Schober walls it goes to the Öhler. The descent to the Öhlerschutzhaus takes about half an hour.
