Author’s recommendation
After the summit route, you can head to the Erfurter Hut or the Berggasthof Rofan.
From there, you can also return to the Buchauer Alm.
Further, you can hike from the Buchauer Alm to the Astenau Alp and then also return to Eben.
Alternatively, you can start from the mountain railway parking lot.

Starting from Eben on the Notburgaweg, it goes to Maurach.
Follow the junction and signpost to the Buchauer Alm.
Through the forest path, you reach the toboggan run and the Fortsweg / ski slope to the Buchauer Alm. Continue following the path towards the Dalfazer Alm.
It goes up over the ski slope until you can look to the left for the first time towards Pertisau. Continue on the left until you see the signpost for the Schützensteig.
Follow this until the beautiful rise where the paths intersect: Dalfazalm, Erfurter Hut.
Here, follow the signpost to the Rotspitze.
After reaching the summit, I made a detour to the Dalfazer Stock, which offers a beautiful panoramic view.
Descent the same way as ascent.
