Rötelspitz

From the Stilfser Joch (2757 m; winding road up here from Prad or Trafoi; parking, restaurant) first on a wide path in about 20 min. northwards up to the Dreisprachenspitze with the Garibaldi restaurant (2838 m), then follow the signs “Sella Piz Cotschen” on a good path over the broad ridge almost flat to a fork in the path, here continue left, on a marked path over the crest to a ridge crest and then in a slight ascent crossing the mountain flank to the Sella Piz Cotschen (2925 m.); turn left here and follow the marked path north-eastwards along the broad ridge up a medium steep slope to the summit ridge and the highest point (3026 m; watch out for a deep crevice!).) From Stilfser Joch 1 ½ hrs. – Descent and return: via the described outward route.
