Rock layer path in Valle Gran Rey

The sure-footed and fearless hiker can look forward to a fascinating circular route through a landscape full of impressive rock formations high above the Valle Gran Rey. During this, a red layer must be crossed, which spectacularly stretches through one of the steep rock walls. The landscape impresses with its contrasting colors of red rock, lush green winter vegetation, and yellow-orange lichens growing on the partly rough, partly smoothly polished rock. Along this route, there are always cozy spots where the breathtaking views down into the valley can be calmly enjoyed. This section counts among the most airy and exciting paths on La Gomera.
