Rifugio Riposa
Roadbook
From La Riposa, a well-marked path leads past Rifugio Riposa along the broad southern ridge to the higher base camp Rifugio Ca d'Asta. Afterwards, it goes over rough scree east of the sharpening southern ridge to the Marterl La Crocetta and similarly, but a bit more alpine, to the foot of the summit block. The last 100 meters of elevation are guided by thick hemp ropes in a via ferrata style (max. A-) to the summit chapel and the Madonna peak.
