From the Kölner Haus down to the Lausbach bridge (unfortunately via the driveway, as the old, direct hiking path was built over by the conveyor belt structure—and the conveyor belt is not used by real mountaineers!) and across the stream to the earth pyramids. Slightly above, the Trujensteig begins (exposed, surefootedness required, no fear of heights!). From there to the driveway (Leitlekreuz), which leads from Lazid down to the Lawensalpe. At the Lawensalpe, the path leads right down into the Böderbach valley. Across the bridge and uphill again, circumventing the Böderbach waterfall to the south until the signpost at the Böderbach. There, turn left uphill to the Riefenjoch (2,447 m) and then right to the summit (2,725 m). Continue to the Pezidsattel and descend here into the valley. Follow the Böderweg to the right, which after several branches crosses the driveway (Lazid-Lawensalpe), until a signpost points down to the right. Follow faint trail marks across the meadow back to the Leitlekreuz and return on the Trujensteig to the Kölner Haus.
