The circular route starts and ends at Lago artificiale di Roggiasca, which is a highlight with its impressive arch dam. The lake has been dammed here since 1965, and our path leads us along the shore above the lake. On our mountain route, we pass through beautiful green landscapes – sometimes over alpine meadows, sometimes through the forest – and soon have the goal, Punta di Valstorna, in sight. The rocky mountain rises from the green surroundings and offers a fantastic view into Switzerland and Italy – an advantage when the mountain lies directly on the border. On the way, we pass not only the Passo di Camedo but also the small hamlet of Mont de Lanès as well as some mountain huts and a small waterfall before returning to Lago artificiale di Roggiasca.
