Very long and strenuous day route to Monte Perdido.
The much easier way to get to Perdido is to spend a night at the Refugio de Goritz!
Scenically the route is very beautiful, especially since it goes through the long valley of Torla - Ordesa.
Technically, the route is not demanding, but you should still have good surefootedness and knowledge of alpine terrain. Easy climbing sections have to be managed.
Author’s recommendation
Split the route into at least 2 days to be able to enjoy the landscape. Otherwise, the route is quite a challenge and you can't admire the nature as much!

Safety information
The last 300 hm are a very steep scree field. This makes the ascent extremely difficult because you have no solid footing. Especially on busy days, there is a high danger due to loose scree from other climbers.Tips and suggestions

Roadbook
Up to the end of the valley, a well-developed path, after that you can continue to the Goritz hut via a short via ferrata or a path. After the hut it becomes rockier, and you continue over a path with some short, easy climbing sections up to Lago Helado. From there on it is a very steep scree field where there is no solid hold. Very dangerous especially on busy days!

Equipment
Hiking equipment, those who want can also take a helmet, but for me personally it was not really helpful on the route I took.Localization
