Challenging mountain route with via ferrata, ridge, and many scrambling sections on the most beautiful mountain of the Apuan Alps (T5).
The Pizzo d'Uccello is not the highest mountain of the Apuan Alps, but the pointed rock pyramid immediately captivates every mountaineer. The 700 m long vertical north face makes the mountain appear much higher than it is. From the south, this mighty mountain is also accessible for scrambling-affine alpine hikers. The most beautiful approach to the mountain is via the Via Ferrata Tordini-Galigani (C). For even more excitement, one then crosses the Picco di Capradossa. The return route goes over the secured Cresta di Capradossa, which offers fantastic views again.
