The mountain route leads from Hinterstein past several alpine pastures over the peaks of Hengst and Türle to the Little Thumb. It offers a breathtaking mountain panorama with stunning views of the Engeratsgundsee and an impressive mountain flora. The ridge crossing of the Hengst is very demanding and requires surefootedness. On our route, we can observe both the main dolomite widely found in the Allgäu Alps and slate rocks.
