Mountain route with light scrambling on the second highest mountain of the High Atlas (T4).
The Ouanoukrim is a two-peaked mountain, consisting of Timesguida and Ras Ouanoukrim. Timesguida is the second highest peak in Morocco and, with 339 m prominence, is quite an independent mountain. It lies opposite the country's highest mountain, Jebel Toubkal, and can be easily combined with an ascent of the latter, as it is accessible from the same hut. Unlike its bigger brother, Ouanoukrim is less visited and somewhat too challenging for pure hikers. Those who enjoy some scrambling will fully enjoy Ouanoukrim.
