Moderate ascent to Königsjoch, then slightly exposed with some secured sections along a ridge, passing over the Oberglaneggalm back to the E5 towards Rabenstein.

Relaxing stage of the Alpine crossing with a crossing of the main Ötztal ridge at Königsjoch. Through the gently rising Königstal up to the rocky saddle and initially steep, then moderate descent into Seeber Valley to Oberglaneggalm and via Seber Alm back to the E5 (variant via Timmelsjoch). Then on a forest road, easy to Rabenstein.

From Obergurgl, following the panorama route over a wooden bridge to the junction of the path along the Königsbach into Königstal. There, for a long time along the stream to the rocky ascent and the customs hut located on a height. From there, another terrain step up to Königsjoch. Then following the path, which is partially secured with ropes and exposed, and follows a ridge (Gamsbank).
