From the parking lot Ströden (6€) past the Umbalfälle towards Clara Hut. After about 1.5 hours, turn right towards Mullwitzkogel (or Wiesbauerspitze). Now quite steep and partly exposed ascending the meadow slope and later crossing less steeply to Hochkar. Then a final ascent of 150m to the summit. Great view of the Großvenediger. Descent via the ascent route.
