With a length of just under 24 km and around 1900 meters of elevation gain, this route is an absolute royal discipline. The scenic Monte Tofino rises northwest of Lake Garda; with its subsidiary peaks Mazza di Pichea (1879 m) and Corno di Pichea (2138 m), it lies at the highest point of an extended ridge. Very impressive is the panorama over Adamello, Presanella, and Brenta, as well as from a historical perspective the numerous positions from the mountain war. The only drawback is the last part of the descent on the gravel road.
