Monte Gazza is the broad southern ridge of the Paganella group. From Monte Ranzo you enjoy a magnificent panorama directly in front of the eastern flank of the Brenta.
On a pull path skillfully through the steep southeast flank to Malga Gazza and on the very wide east ridge on alpine meadows and in larch groves to Monte Ranzo. Northwards to Covel del Gasina and back on the alpine road. Descent on the ascent path.

Roadbook
We hike northwards past the church of Margone to the last houses, where the paved road turns into a pull path. Now follow the mostly quite wide, earthy-stony forest path following the faint markings (crossing an alpine road) to the first hairpin bend. Along the somewhat rugged path along a rock ledge to the San Antonio Marterl with a book box. The path becomes a bit narrower and now winds skillfully through the rocky steep forest to the open meadows of Malga Gazza. Over alpine pastures we reach the gravel road, which we follow northwards. At the first alpine huts we turn right and hike up the very wide ridge over several gentle terrain levels on a faint cart path through broad larch groves to Monte Ranzo. On the broad summit plateau lies the cross north of the highest point.
We continue northwards on the cart path to the junction with the alpine road. A short descent on it, then we turn right into a pull path leading to a nearby hut. On trail traces along the dwarf pines eastwards to the unadorned Covel del Gasina (this summit is not really worth it). Now back to the alpine road, on it somewhat tediously southwards to in front of Malga Gazza. In good conditions, the access path can be used back to the starting point, but the long alpine road can also be chosen for the descent.
