From the Zufritthaus via the Lyfialm and through the Lyfital to the Lyfispitz in the Martell Valley.
From the car park at Gasthof Zufritt, follow trail no. 10 uphill to the Lyfialm (2165m). Initially through steep forest, later through moderately ascending meadows and woods. Past the alpine pasture, continue along the wooded hiking trail no. 10. Through the Lyfital valley, the trail then leads across green meadows along the gently flowing stream. Stone mounds guide you along a moraine ridge to Lyfiknott (2851m). Via the Schafalm you reach two small mountain lakes (2965m). From here, turn right uphill over loose boulders and scree fields to the summit of Lyfispitz. The descent is made via the ascent path.
