Most of the route consists of paths that meander along the rocky and meadow landscape. Past the Jochbachalp huts and the Hornbachjoch, we reach the highest point of our journey, the Jochspitze at 2232 m elevation. From there, we enjoy the extensive view over the Alpine landscape as well as the tranquility. Red markings assist us with orientation during the hike. Due to the length of the route, a certain level of fitness is required.
