Varied mountain route to the Hohe Weisse from Pfelders.
The route to the Hohe Weisse starts from the parking lot in Pfelders (1628m). Along a pleasant forest road past Lazinserhof (1772m) and further to Lazinseralm (1860m). From here, steep path (old military road) in switchbacks up to the Stettiner hut (2875m). Shortly descend to Eisjöchl and ascend over the steep hollow to the start of the east ridge (3,050m). After crossing the ridge (Grafscharte), about 50 meters down into the basin and another steep ascent (cairns) over the north flank to the gently sloping summit plateau. Shortly at the summit of the Hohe Weisse at 3,278m. Descent as ascent.
