Long ridge hike over the Güpfi and its subsidiary summits (T3).
The Güpfi is by no means an inconspicuous peak: The Güpfi and its subsidiary summits Arvidossen and Höh Grat form a striking, 5-kilometer-long wooded mountain ridge between Lungernsee and Klein Melchtal. The most beautiful way is a traverse from north to south, so you always have the high peaks of the Bernese Alps in view. Although the slopes fall steeply on both sides, the crossing of the ridge is not particularly difficult (T3). Only the passage from the Güpfi north summit to the main summit is narrow and only suitable for hikers without vertigo.
