Exciting alpine hike to the highest mountain in the southwest of the Chartreuse massif (T4). On clear days, the summit view reaches as far as Lyon.

This circular route combines the two more demanding routes to the Grande Sure: on an old path, we hike to the Cabane de Jusson and climb through the homologous couloir to the summit. The descent leads over the exposed Pas de Miséricorde, which surprisingly ends in a wild rock arena.
