From the gentle plateau to the summit
Via a lake hike to the panoramic border mountain. The route leads to the Weißbrunner Lakes in the Ultental. The lake hike is leisurely, the summit ascent requires surefootedness and fitness. Very sporty hikers can combine the lake hike and the summit tour.

From the Weißbrunner reservoir lake you first follow trail no. 103 towards “Höchster Hütte”, then turn left over the wooden bridge and take trail no. 107 (signposted “Gleck”) to the Schwarzsee, the last in a series of mountain lakes.
