The Drei-Seen-Tour is a 3-day hiking recommendation for families and pleasure hikers in the Spitzing area (Schliersee mountains).
It is especially suitable for those who have never hiked from hut to hut and want to experience the charm of a leisurely mountain hike from hut to hut here. But even experienced mountain hikers will enjoy this very scenic route.
We have put together hut hikes for you here, where sporting top performances and climbed elevation are not the focus: This route leads you over varied paths, past winding streams and sunny alpine pastures, up to the pre-Alpine peaks of the Spitzing area.
With overnight stays at the "culinary" Albert-Link-Hütte and the very cozy Schönfeldhütte/ alternatively Taubensteinhaus
Enjoy movement in unique natural scenery and the magnificent views!

Route sketch: Spitzingsattel – Schönfeldhütte – Jägerkamp – Schönfeldhütte
After a relaxed journey by train & bus, start your hike at the "Spitzingsattel" stop. Cross the street and the parking lot, follow the sign "Schönfeldalm" southwards over a grassy slope into the forest. After a narrow, varied path through the forest, you reach open alpine pasture, keep immediately after the forest edge on the left/upper path and so arrive at the Schönfeldhütte (1410 m). Walking time up to here is about 1 hour.
Now it's time for a delicious snack.
The menu offers many regional homemade delicacies – let yourself be pampered.
After you have deposited your backpack or additional overnight luggage, you can tackle today's "hut summit" with a light daypack:
Above the hut, first go north up to the Upper Schönfeldalm and then continue northeast through sparse forest to a fork in the path. Here turn left (west), cross a long, slightly rising slope under the Benzingspitz and reach the summit of Jägerkamp (1746 m). Return by the same route to the hut, where the hut team will pamper you with delicious dishes and you can enjoy the evening starry sky before the well-deserved rest.
Note: If the Schönfeldhütte has no free overnight places left: The Taubensteinhaus (1567 m) lies in the middle of the round – you might still find a cozy spot there!
Elevation and walking times day 1:

Equipment
Please wear sturdy footwear. The trail from Spitzingsattel partly passes through a forest where the path can be very wet and slippery after rain. With sturdy shoes, you are always on the safe side here.
