(2) The path leads back into the forest. Following is the "Iron Path," a geological hiking trail. It continues to rise. Fallen spruces block the way. Bypassing these, you gradually enter the realm of the brown bear. A warning sign points this out.
(3) After some time, you reach the managed Bleiska koča (hut) of the Slovenian Alpine Association (PZS). A good place to rest. One and a half hours later you stand on the summit of Debela Peč. The way there is lined with gentians, valerian, mint, buttercup, forget-me-nots, and other beautiful flowers. Towards the end, the paths are partly in rocky terrain.
The view of Triglav, which is usually clearly visible from here, reveals itself at the latest on the summit.
(4) The return route is the same as the way you came.
