From the Rojacher hut (2718m) follow the markings northwest along the Central Alpine Trail 02. It steadily goes uphill over rocky ground, later also over snow. Some climbing sections along the ridge are eased by metal brackets. After less than two hours you reach the Zittelhaus and the weather station.
