Restaurant Mühlbacher BadlRoadbook
From the parking lot at the entrance to the Mühlbach valley, an access road leads to the Mühlbacher Badl, the highest located farm bathing place in the Pustertal. At the end of the valley, at the last alpine pasture, the Oberwangeralm, the path branches off to the left. An unmistakable sign with inscription points to the "Schafkopf". The path to the summit is well marked and well trodden.
The descent is on the south side of the summit. Initially along the gently descending ridge to the forest line, then steeply into a high valley with the Winterstallalm. From there a forest road leads back to the starting point.
