The Blaser is an excellent viewpoint mountain and impresses with the beautiful alpine meadows that you pass on the way to the summit. The trail or partly the forest road first leads through the forest and above the tree line through flower meadows that bloom in full splendor especially in spring and early summer. The Blaser hut is also very well accessible by mountain bike via the forest road and offers a welcome place to rest.

The starting point is the small Leiten parking lot diagonally valley inward above the church in Trins. From there, follow the marked trail No. 30 first uphill over a meadow, then downhill through the Platzerwald forest. On the way up, you cross the wide forest road leading to the Blaser hut and stay on the trail. Just above the forest in the meadows, the trail meets the forest road again. Follow this to the Blaser hut – the switchbacks are best shortened on the worn paths. From the Blaser hut, it is only a few meters to the probably windy summit with a cross.
The descent first follows trail No. 31 valley inward, which then crosses forest road No. 31A. Either stay on the later rather steep trail No. 31 or follow the 7 km long forest road westward and walk along the base of the Blaser on the forest road downhill to the starting point in Trins.
