PLEASE NOTE!
In the event of heavy thunderstorms that could lead to mudslides in the Oeschibach, the Oeschiwald will be closed as a precautionary measure. Consequently, the Biberg circular walk will not be accessible.
Walk along the Oeschibach to the cable car of the Doldenhorn hut; keep right towards Oeschinenstrasse and at the information board "Bärentritt UNESCO World Heritage," switch to the mountain hiking trail towards the hut. After a short rock passage (secured with fixed ropes), a beautiful, entertaining path leads over the Biberg plateau with its wild mountain forest. At the junction to the Doldenhorn hut, the descent to Fisiweidli begins until the Waldhotel Doldenhorn.
In the opposite direction, also a pleasant hike.
Note!
In spring and during thunderstorms: danger of rockfall
