Arnspitz Crossing

The mountain tour begins at the Ahrn bus stop and follows a path running parallel to the Leutascher Ache in a northerly direction. After crossing a small bridge and turning onto a narrow path signposted to the Arnplattenspitze and Weißlehnkopf, the trail ascends steeply. Along the ridge, the route offers beautiful views and finally leads to the summit of the Arnplattenspitze. After Weißlehnkopf, the challenging mountain tour to the Große Arnspitze begins, which requires bringing your own safety equipment. The ascent to the Große Arnspitze along the Arnspitz crossing requires experience and includes some climbing sections. After the Große Arnspitze, there is the option to continue via the Arnspitz hut towards Scharnitz and return home by train or take the bus back to Leutasch.
