The 3rd Kirchlispitze is the highest and only hikeable summit of the Kirchlispitzen group at Lünersee (T4).
The Kirchlispitzen are a series of limestone peaks on the Swiss-Austrian border. The highest is the 3rd Kirchlispitze, which, unlike the others, can be hiked. The other peaks have some very challenging climbing routes. Since the 3rd Kirchlispitze lies between the popular alpine hiking peaks Schesaplana and Sulzfluh, it receives relatively little attention. Unjustly so, because the view down to the turquoise Lünersee is truly uniquely beautiful. Additionally, you can combine the alpine experience with the lake circuit and a stop with a view of the lake.
