The mysterious cycling loop starts in the village of Zlatno, right in the center near the grocery store Môj obchod. From there, the route leads towards the tourist shelter in Zlatno, where the first climb begins. The road continues through the forest straight up to the Žľaby crossroads.
At the crossroads, the cycling trail turns left and leads to the crossroads below Kobyla. During the ride, beautiful views of the surrounding landscape open up, and a hunter's lodge can also sometimes be seen. The next part of the route continues over Mišov Hill to Trojchotár.
From Trojchotár the route leads back to the village Zlatno, where the loop closes.
The cycling loop offers a combination of forest roads, climbs, and descents and is ideal for cyclists who want to explore the nature of Tribeč and its mysterious atmosphere.
Author’s recommendation
The route is most beautiful during autumn when the forests of Tribeč turn into shades of orange and red. Along the route, the signal drops out and sometimes even the GPS, so be especially careful and never go alone.
