Mountain bike route in the South Tyrolean and East Tyrolean Puster Valley. A must for the mountain biker.
Basically: this route can also be started from other towns, the described route here starts in Niederdorf. From Niederdorf we reach Arnbach in East Tyrol (near the border) via the Puster Valley cycle path. At the entrance to the town we turn right, pass the Alpenhotel and follow the forest road (approx. 10% gradient) up to Leckfeldalm (1925 m). From here it gets steeper (approx. 20% gradient) up to Leckfeldsattel (2381 m) near the Sillian Hut. The descent on the Sexten side leads past the Hahnspiel Hut (2200 m) and the Helm Restaurant (2041 m). From Sexten we reach Innichen via the cycle path and back to the starting point.
