It is an excellent warm-up for getting used to downhill riding, working on your technique and body position, and finding your rhythm without committing to a trail that feels too long. With its fun and varied character, it also makes a great introduction before moving on to the longer flow trail linking Crans-Montana and Sierre or heading into the bikepark.

The opening section begins with a forest traverse, giving you time to find your bearings and ease into the rhythm of the trail. After that, the berms and turns link up naturally through the trees, with no real technical difficulty. This middle section is the most rewarding for discovering the feel of this kind of descent: you gradually build speed, work on your lines, and enjoy a continuous run that remains easy to read all the way through.
Further down, the trail keeps the same character, with a few more turns in the forest before a long, flowing traverse gradually leads back towards Montana.
Short, coherent and unintimidating, this flow trail is a great introduction to trail-based downhill mountain biking, or a perfect confidence booster before taking on the longer flow trail between Crans-Montana and Sierre.
