The route starts in Sexten/Moos and leads over the forest road (trail marking 13/13A) eastwards, partly slightly uphill to Nemes Alm (possible refreshment stop). Before reaching Nemes Alm, turn left and follow the path towards Coltrondo Alm. From there, follow the forest road for about 500 m - then turn right towards Kreuzbergpass until this section merges into another forest road. From there, continue down on path no. 130 (heading west) to Sexten/Moos. The last section back to the starting point is on the main road. Overall a great route for mountain bikers.
