737 On old paths

Over one of the most beautiful paths of the valley from Kappl down to See. From the starting point in Kappl, the round trip leads eastwards along little-trafficked side roads past the hamlets and farms on the sunny side of the front Paznaun. At the hamlet of Schrofen, you come to a forest path, which you leave again shortly after at kilometer 7.8. Here you turn right onto the old road from See to Langesthei, which can safely be called one of the most beautiful paths in the valley. Originally laid out as a road, the route has now grown over considerably and almost has trail character. Across grass- or moss-covered sections, then again over a thick layer of needles, you cruise towards See. It is fascinating that it is even possible to create such paths in such steep terrain. Above See, you finally reach the valley path, which takes you back to Kappl in a very varied way.
