The trail runs through the narrow valley of the Rio Avioai and takes you close to the village.
The first part is relatively easy and flowy, then it becomes quite steep. The last section is again flowy and winds throughout a wonderful chestnut wood.

The trail follows the final part of the municipal trail marked with green-white-green signs with the number 7, as well as the final part of a BeActive loop (signposted with posts).

Directions
There are 2 ways to reach the trail:
1 HARD Directly from the Bardineto castle area, climb to Cascina Cormore and follow the road to Monte Mezzano.
2 EASY Take the firefighters' road near the Mattiauda farm (rio secco area) and pedal until you reach Cascina Cormore and follow the road to Monte Mezzano
