The route leads over the panoramic path towards Steeg. Far above the Lech, wonderful views open into the Lech valley. Time and again, the magical turquoise of the river flashes below. On the old federal road, some switchbacks finally lead down to the Lech. Until the early 1980s, all transit traffic was routed on this narrow road; today, nature is slowly reclaiming its habitat. Following its bank leads into the village of Steeg.
You can refresh yourself at the Sojer natural cheese dairy or the award-winning gourmet restaurant at the Postwirt. The Hotel Post is part of the Nature Park hosts. Eight restaurants have joined this group. They commit to purchasing important product groups in Austria and offering guests dishes made from high-quality ingredients. You can relieve your first muscle soreness at the
Aqua Nova adventure pool.
The path continues along a field trail towards Hägerau; by the wild romantic waterfall, a Kneipp facility invites you to step into the water and linger. Along the Joch path, the route continues to Holzgau.
