A short day stage, since I didn’t want to spend the day of recovery at the mentioned accommodation in Schwangau. The new accommodation was very, very much better and I can recommend: Haus Luise...

This section is also very scenic, but can’t quite top the previous stage.

Choosing Unterjoch as accommodation means pure relaxation and deceleration. A very cozy spot on earth!

If you start early, you have the Kalvarienberg near Füssen to yourself. A great viewpoint over 3 castles (Neuschwanstein, Hohenschwangau, and the town castle of Füssen)
