The Zurich Vitaparcours Leukerbad is a classic fitness trail right in the middle of the forest – perfect for anyone wanting to combine exercise, fresh mountain air, and nature. With 15 stations, it offers exercises for strength, endurance, mobility, and coordination – suitable for beginners as well as trained athletes.
The 2.1 km circular route lies idyllically in the forest above Leukerbad and is ideal for a full-body workout in the fresh air. Between roots and larches, 15 varied stations await, with simple exercises targeting different muscle groups.
The exercises can be individually adapted or repeated. Those who wish can use the circuit for moderate jogging with training breaks, others complete it as a pure strength course. The natural surroundings also provide mental relaxation – a true health path for body and mind.

Ideal before or after visiting the thermal baths – 20 minutes of exercise is enough to get your circulation going. Those who train regularly can complete the route two or three times. And: early in the morning, the forest is almost all yours.
