A very challenging round.
The Listsee (formerly the "Unnamed Lake") is a small lake above Bad Reichenhall in the Berchtesgadener Land district.
The lake is located at about 628 m and is approx. 0.4 hectares in size and is only fed underground. Its outflow is the Hammerbach, which flows into the Nonn district into the Hoswaschbach (also Hosewaschbach). It usually has a deep green color.

According to a legend, giants danced a round dance all night on the previous forest meadow, stamping the forest floor so much that a large earth hole formed. This filled with water and thus formed the Listsee.
The Thumsee is located in a landscape conservation area named after it. It is about 1 kilometer long and approximately 140 meters wide. Its deepest point is 21 m below the water surface. In summer, the Thumsee is a very popular bathing lake in the Bad Reichenhall area, with a public sunbathing lawn as well as the Thumseebad, a swimming pool with appropriate infrastructure and a terrace café. A circular hiking trail and two excursion restaurants attract walkers all year round. The lake is connected to the public transport system by a city bus line of the Bad Reichenhall municipal utilities.
A special feature is the water lily farm located near the lake at the small swamp pond "Seemösl" or "Seerosensee". It was already established in 1936 and is thus the oldest in Germany. Nine different varieties are cultivated here.
On April 13, 2007, and July 27, 2013, after longer dry periods, a forest fire lasting three days occurred on the adjacent Antoniberg, affecting about 20 to 30 hectares of protective forest. The state of emergency had to be declared. The Thumsee served as a water source for firefighting for the fire brigades and up to nine helicopters that fought the fire with external water tanks.
