    Die Riesaer Riesen Etappe startet an einem von zwei Flugplätzen in Riesa- direkt bei Giorgio Nemesini und seinem La Terrazza-

    es geht 500 m entlang des Rollfeldes am Riesaer Motorflugplatz um dann in Richtung Elbe einzubiegen.

    Dies ist die 9. Etappe des SuSaT ON oder SuperSachsenTrail ON. Der SuSaT ist ein Trail und Weitwanderweg der von Freital über mehr als 170 km vorbei an vielen sächsischen Talsperren und Seen über Frauenstein durch Muldental und Jahnatal direkt nach Riesa führt. Die ersten Etappen sind schon etwas anstrengender. Die ersten ca. 50 km könnt Ihr ja hier schon mal erleben.

    Getreu dem RiesenWeitblick ist die Letzte Etappe natürlich Riesig und blickt mit 9-9-9 schon in Richtung der 999 Jahrfeier- die Etappe ist damit in Summe  27 km lang und führt an den wichtigen Highlights der Stadt vorbei. 
    Diese Etappe ist die einfachste Etappe mit SightseeingCharakter, vielen Plätzen zum Verweilen und einigem an Bildung und Geschichte. Entlang der  Strecke findet Ihr auch umfangreiche Möglichkeiten einmal einzukehren oder Euch in vorhandenen Einkaufscentern mit Verpflegung zu versorgen.  
    Die Etappe kann sowohl gelaufen, gewalkt, erwandert mit dem Rad oder auch für geübte Rollstuhlfahrer erlebt werden.  

    Es ist ein Geschenk an den Riesaer Riesen zu seinem 15 Jährigen als Riesaer Riese im Jahr der 900 Jahrfeier der Stadt Riesa.
